Afreximbank Group Internship Programme 2027

About

The Afreximbank Group Internship Programme offers undergraduate and postgraduate students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in trade finance and development in Africa. Selected interns receive a monthly stipend, housing allowance, return airfare, and visa support while working with the organization. Candidates must be enrolled in a full-time degree program and meet specific age and language requirements.

Who can apply

Open to students enrolled in full-time undergraduate or postgraduate study programs in economics, business administration, finance, accounting, social sciences, statistics, law, sciences, engineering, or related fields. Applicants must be nationals of Afreximbank member states, students of African descent in the diaspora, or non-African students whose vision aligns with Afreximbank's mission. Candidates must be aged between 20 and 32, and fluent in English or French with working knowledge of the other. Children of Afreximbank staff are not eligible.
