The Mo Ibrahim Foundation Leadership Fellowship Programme offers emerging African leaders a 12-month opportunity to work in the executive offices of the AfDB, ECA, or ITC. Fellows gain technical and leadership skills, contribute to research and policy design, receive mentorship from host organization heads, and receive a $100,000 stipend.
Who can apply
National of an African country, minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, Master's degree, under the age of 40 (or 45 for women with children).
