The U.S. Bank Discover Us: Finance & Banking Fellowship is a 4-week paid career exploration program designed for undergraduate students interested in banking and finance. Fellows gain hands-on experience across multiple finance and banking teams while building leadership skills. The program includes a fly-in component to Minneapolis, MN during the first week.
Who can apply
Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a target graduation date of May 2029; desire to pursue a career in finance; ability to work 40 hours per week from June 14 to July 9; willingness to participate in a fly-in to Minneapolis, MN during the first week of the program.
