About
The UONGOZI Institute Emerging Leaders Programme is a six-month, self-paced development initiative for mid-level executives across Africa, undertaken in collaboration with the HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management. Spanning six modules, the programme helps participants build self-awareness, resilience, and change-mobilization skills with guidance from global leadership experts.
Who can apply
Open to mid-level executives working in any sector across Africa with at least five years of work experience, at least one year of supervisory or managerial experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency in English.
